Teaching and Learning

The mission of the Department of Teaching and Learning is to provide students an opportunity to earn a high school diploma. To achieve this, Mountain Education has developed a custom learning management system (TRAILS) that focuses solely on the Georgia Standards and provides real world application.  Students are allowed to work at their own pace and have the opportunity to pre-test out of course work. Mountain Education uses mastery learning to ensure students are successful in their future endeavors.
